Nomad participates on a limited basis at regular fees in the task description phase, introduction to and information about Middle East conditions, transfer of task to ME-consultant and if necessary in decision and debriefing phase.

Prior to commencing any business consultancy assignment, we offer a free 45 minutes session during which your goals, challenges, expectations and time frames are discussed.
We are trained in evaluating the 'ecology' of your expectations vis-a-vis e.g. the existing organization, ressources, products, target markets and will be able to give you an instant, rather accurate estimate of the cost/time required to reach your goal.
We work with affiliated consultants specialized in financing, logistics, practical hands-on market penetration, marketing and brand-building, which can bring in according to size and complexity of task.
On coaching disciplines an introduction to coaching -what it is and is not - and concepts/framework used can be given at a free 30-minute session in person or by telephone - a much used form within this type of consultancy.
We will honestly evaluate your business case or mentoring/coaching objective/topic - and do not undertake assignments, where we do not believe that we can meet the expected result or add considerable value to the company or the individual signing up with us.
We work on a high ethical level, deliver as promissed and expect our customers to live up to the same criteria.
A retainer of 50% contract value is required for business consultancy and consultancy related to developing countries.
Coaching/mentoring either prepayment for the chosen package after the first session or current settlements or according to agreement - depending on scope and nature of assignment provider.
