We believe that experiences and knowledge are for sharing. Sharing to companies, individuals - large and small - young and old, in the industrialized, technology driven as well as the developing countries. 

Our most valuable resource is our know-how - having seen and felt the world in our bones. And we believe that our experiences - in the right hands, time and place - can possibly be more beneficial to others than it has necessarily been to us - while compiling this in other contexts during 21 years of intensive international travelling in 80 countries, exposed to all cultures, religions and a large number of companies and individuals ..

Our Vision

The world is getting smaller and globalization is today much more than just a fancy word. Through the next years, we will play active part in helping companies internationally to overcome their barriers and assist new companies - and all countries poor and rich - to become part of the global scene.

It is our hope that our knowledge, insight and tools will be shared and used constructively in our capacities as consultant, coach, mentor, lecturer - and in the best event across nations to build a bridge where cultures clash due to lack of information or constructive dialogue/interaction.

Gradually our perspectives, efforts and focus will change to using the garthered experiences in forums with hands-on decision power within the direction of globalization e.g on government level, in international organizations, EU, UN.

Eventually, observant and insight-full writing and publishing of business and culturally oriented litterature will be focussed. Such with a distinct angle on de-mystifying countries, cultures, business practices/topics and working on international/executive level in multinationals - in an educational and humourous manner.

Humour - used together with ample understanding of culture and the situation as such - is one of the few common denominators that can bring people together and strongly lift our spirits instantly - and also a powerful weapon to stop conflict. Let's see how far we can reach ..
